You can place orders – quickly, easily and securely
1. Online using your credit/debit card
Pay immediately using personal or company credit/debit cards (all major cards accepted)
2. Invoice account – if you are a United Kingdom/Northern Ireland organisation or business, you can apply to open an online invoicing account and pay by BACS or cheque (see below).To set up an account go to http://www.magicwhiteboard.co.uk/accounts/ . Successful invoice accounts will approved within 24 hours.
NHS, local authorities, schools, colleges, universities and companies can easily be sent an invoice. Simply create an online account and select the option for an invoice account. Click here to set up an invoice account.
3. By email – email orders and Purchase Orders to sales@magicwhiteboard.co.uk
4. By phone – ring our friendly staff on 01905 451552 (please leave a message if we are unable to answer and we will call you straight back).

Please note: It is a legal requirement that there are sufficient funds available to cover the cost of any orders you place. If paying by card you must ensure that you are the rightful owner of the card and you must undertake to supply the correct information for the transactions to be completed.
Standard VAT is charged, where applicable, on all orders shipped. You are responsible for claiming back any VAT that you feel is due to you from your local tax or customs office.
Magic Blackout Blinds – Invoicing accounts – United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Only
Recognised organisations and businesses in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland can apply to open an online invoicing account. Successful invoice accounts will approved within 24 hours.
This allows companies and organisations to place orders without a debit/credit card. An invoice will be issued which is payable within 14 days.
This will allow you to pay electronically using BACS or by cheque. Please make cheques payable to Magic Whiteboard Limited.
If you’re successful we will email you with your log in details and you will be able to log in to your account and place orders. Invoices will then be automatically emailed to you whenever you place an order and will be payable within 14 days. Goods will be immediately despatched using 1st class post (orders received by 4pm).

General Terms & Conditions
By utilising the Magic Whiteboard website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below.
No contract will commence between you and Magic Whiteboard Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Magic Whiteboard Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched your product.
For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Magic Whiteboard Ltd irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
All items supplied remain the property of Magic Whiteboard Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
Magic Whiteboard Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website. All rights, including trademarks and copyright, in this website are owned or licensed to Magic Whiteboard Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Magic Whiteboard Ltd.
To the fullest extent as permitted at law, Magic Whiteboard Ltd is providing this website and its contents on an “as is” basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto this website. The total cost of the order is the price of the products ordered plus postage and packing charges where applicable. All credit /debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Magic Whiteboard Ltd liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Magic Whiteboard Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice. All goods offered on the Magic Whiteboard website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
All communication by fax or email is legally binding
